Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps

Rasmussen Air and Gas Energy offersliquid ring vacuum pumps take air or gas through the intake port, where the rotating blades the air or gas pull the air into the rotor by the receding water ring. As the air gets compressed the rotors pull the air or gas toward the discharge port to be used in your Kansas City facility.

Rotary Vane

Rotary vane vacuums work on the principle of centrifugal force acting on an eccentrically mounted radial rotor. The radial rotor rotates pulling in the outside air through the input port, then the air will be expelled through the output port. These vacuums can be used for paper and printing applications in the Kansas City area.

Claw Vacuum Pumps and Compressors

One advantage of dry vacuum pumps is that they require no lubrication in the primary pumping chamber. As a result, the chance of contamination is reduced to nearly zero. Claw vacuums work very well for packaging lines, pneumatic conveyors, and clamping machines in the Kansas City area.

Radial/Side Channel Vacuum Pumps and Blowers

Radial/side channel vacuum pumps and blowers work by inputting air to a rotating impeller system. The air in the blade chamber of the impeller getscentrifugally pushed toward the exits at the edge of the impeller. As a result, there is negative pressure at the hub of the impeller forcing air to be sucked in. This cyclical cycle continues and can be utilized in your Kansas City facility.

Lobe Blowers and Packages

Lobe Blowers can be used in both vacuum and high-pressure scenarios. Two or three rotary lobes rotate to pull air through the lobes resulting in the air being blown forcefully out the exit. At Rasmussen Air & Gas Energy we also offer Lobe Blower packages that help you to minimize space requirements and reduce installation costs.

Dry Screw Vacuum Pumps

Dry screw vacuum pumps utilize the tried and proven compressor screw technology to deliver higher performance and reduced maintenance, noise, and heat emissions compared to other vacuum systems. Dry screw vacuum pumps are ideal for use in glass, plastics, canning, and other food industries in the Kansas City area.

Industrial Vacuums

Industrial vacuums have a wide range of applications from silica dust control, battery manufacturing, mining, carbon removal, roofing, sandblasting, and much more. Industrial vacuums are most often used for cleaning purposes in the Kansas City area.

Medical Vacuums

Medical vacuums are designed to generate a suction system to pick up any unwanted fluids or gases from hospitals and other medical facilities. Medical vacuums are made out of the best materials to ensure that they work at their highest potential.
