Industrial Service Technician

Position Overview

Rasmussen Air & Gas Energy is seeking motivated individuals interested in building a long-term career in industrial service.
This role provides hands-on experience working with compressed air systems, industrial equipment, and customer facilities across a variety of industries. Successful candidates may come from HVAC, diesel, industrial maintenance, millwright, manufacturing, military, electrical, or mechanical backgrounds.

What You’ll Do

Assist with maintenance and repair of compressed air systems
Support equipment installations and startup activities
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment
Learn compressed air system operation and best practices
Work alongside experienced technicians and mentors
Communicate with customers and document service activities

Qualifications

Required

Mechanical aptitude
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work safely in industrial environments

Preferred

HVAC experience
Diesel experience
Industrial maintenance experience
Electrical troubleshooting experience
Military technical experience
