Rotary Screw Air Compressor Technician

Position Overview

The Rotary Screw Air Compressor Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and commissioning rotary screw air compressors and compressed air systems for industrial customers.

This position is ideal for technicians who enjoy solving technical problems, working independently, and helping customers maximize equipment reliability and performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform preventative maintenance on rotary screw compressors
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
  • Service dryers, filters, drains, and compressed air accessories
  • Troubleshoot motors, VFDs, controls, sensors, and electrical systems
  • Support equipment installation and startup activities
  • Document service findings and communicate recommendations
  • Participate in emergency service support when needed

Qualifications

Required

  • Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience
  • Industrial maintenance, HVAC, diesel, compressor, or related experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred

  • Rotary screw compressor experience
  • Compressed air system experience
  • Ability to read electrical schematics
  • Industrial controls experience
  • OEM equipment experience
